Piccola Builders is a family owned residential construction business located in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area.  Tony Piccola, President, has been in the homebuilding business for over 40 years.

Tony learned the business from the bottom up working for his father, AJ Piccola. AJ was a well respected, successful homebuilder in Red Bank, New Jersey. When AJ retired and moved to Virginia, Tony followed and ended up in Richmond, Virginia. There he joined Parker Lancaster Corporation in 1982 as a superintendent and quickly climbed the corporate ladder to Division President. He moved to North Carolina to open a division in Durham (including Woodcroft) in 1986 and started the Greensboro division (including Adams Farm) in 1988. Tony became a Partner in Parker Lancaster in 1991 and took over the Raleigh division in 1992.When Parker Lancaster merged with Orleans Homebuilders, Inc. in 2000, Tony remained as Division President until November 2004.

Tony has built over 2000 homes throughout his career in New Jersey; Richmond, Virginia; Cary, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Greensboro and Durham, North Carolina.  Tony brings 40+ years of experience creating beautifully designed homes built with superior craftsmanship. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh/Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham/Orange County.
